Reporting Copyright Infringement

- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Contact information including address, telephone number, and email address
- Good faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location
- Statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief that removal was due to mistake
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider of the removal
- Terminate repeat infringers' accounts when appropriate
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
